SHIPPING

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Items marked PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate shipment. The Match Pre-Sale runs September 15–21, 2026 and closes Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Pre-order hair is ordered specifically for you after the pre-sale closes.

Please allow 7–10 business days after the pre-sale closes for fulfillment. This period includes vendor processing and transit to MillionHair Club, receiving, quality inspection, and preparation of your order for outbound shipment. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment time is separate from carrier delivery time. Carrier transit begins after your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier. Tracking will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside MillionHair Club's reasonable control may affect delivery. If a material delay affects a pre-order before shipment, we will communicate updated information and any rights or options required by applicable law.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email info@millionhairclub.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be treated as delivered. If a package is lost or damaged while in carrier possession, email us promptly so we can assist with the appropriate carrier process where available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All Sales Are Final

MillionHair Club does not offer refunds. All sales are final, including change of mind, ordering the wrong texture or length, no longer needing the product, or other buyer-preference reasons. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

7-Day Exchange Policy

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To request an exchange, email info@millionhairclub.com within the 7-day period and include your order number and reason for the exchange.

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, hair must be returned in its original, unused and unaltered condition. Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, chemically processed, heat styled, unraveled, or otherwise altered is not eligible for exchange. Original packaging and identifying bands or ties must remain intact where applicable.

Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Unless the exchange is due to an error by MillionHair Club or a verified product issue for which applicable law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping charges. Any price difference for the replacement item must be paid before the exchange is shipped. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a question or concern regarding an order, please contact info@millionhairclub.com first so we have an opportunity to review and address the matter.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges the applicable product description, pre-order and fulfillment terms, shipping terms, final-sale policy, and exchange policy presented with the order. A payment dispute or chargeback should not be used to obtain a refund otherwise excluded by the agreed return policy or to claim merchandise was not received when tracking, delivery, customer communication, or other records establish fulfillment or delivery.

MillionHair Club reserves the right to respond to a payment dispute with relevant documentation, including order records, policy acknowledgments, customer communications, fulfillment records, tracking, delivery confirmation, and other evidence relevant to the transaction. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights with their card issuer or rights available under applicable law.
